    We take great pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our EKOTOIZ products.
    We want you to be delighted with your purchase as much as we did making them.
    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are always welcome to return or exchange the products purchased at EKOTOIZ.

    The items must be returned to the EKOTOIZ sales office in proper condition and in manufacturer’s packaging unless returned as faulty or damaged.
    You may return the unused product(s) with the original or gift receipt for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

    OUR RETURN POLICY

    ONLINE PURCHASE

    Purchases made online can be returned within 30 days from when the order was received.

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    RETURN A PURCHASED ITEM

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. The items must be returned to our sales office address stated on the return label in proper condition and in manufacturer’s packaging unless returned as faulty or damaged. Please keep original packaging for return shipping.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    To request a return or an exchange, please fill out the form below and we will email or mail you a return label.

    Fill out your Return Form correctly with your order number, the product you are returning, the reason for the return, and if you are waiting for a refund or an exchange. If you do not mention your order number, we won’t be able to process your return.

    Repackage the item in the original box and packaging.

    Take your parcel to any Post Office and obtain proof of postage for the tracking number – this will speed up the process and will legitimize that your parcel is on its way back to us.

    The shipping cost for the returned items is paid by you. We will compensate the shipping charges in case of returning damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.

    RETURN FORM

    REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

    We offer several methods of compensation for a returned item if the product is undamaged, and the package is in proper condition:

    Replacement: We will replace the item with another one of better quality, different size, or colour.

    Money refund: We will return the cost of the item you spent to purchase.

    Gift card: We will give a Gift card equal to the cost of the item (or larger) to be used on our Site with another purchase.

    Although you are free to choose preferred compensation, we reserve the right to change the list of available compensation options depending on the items returned, customer location, etc.

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Return shipping fees may apply.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

    Sale items (if applicable)

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact sales by filling up a Return Form at the bottom of this page and we’ll get back to you.

    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

    Returning a Damaged or Faulty Item

    If the items shipped appears to be slightly damaged, please note it on the Delivery form. Do not destroy the packaging. Upon inspection of the contents if you notice the items inside is damaged, please take photos and send it to us for evaluation.

    If damage to the crate is severe you have the option of refusing acceptance of delivery or to inspect the contents before accepting. Either way, you must note the damage on the Delivery form.

    Failing to note damage will affect EKOTOIZ’s ability to file a damage claim on your behalf.

    What Happens Next

    We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition and processed your return.

    • A returned item will be inspected upon arrival.

    • If the condition an item has been returned in is inappropriate (e.g., tags have been removed or there are signs of wear) and we’re unable to put it back into stock, we may not be able to accept your return and we may have to send it back to you.

    • If the condition of a returned item is appropriate, you will receive compensation within 10 business days depending on the payment method you used for purchasing the returned item.

    • If you paid by credit/debit card, we would refund the balance of your credit/debit card.

    • If you paid using PayPal, we will refund the balance to your PayPal account.

    • If you use a Gift card to purchase the returned item, we will refund the paid money to the balance of the credit/debit card or PayPal account (whatever was used) and will provide you with a new Gift card as, due to our internal rules, any Gift card can’t be used twice or more time.

    MATERIAL POLICY FOR NATURAL RUBBER PRODUCTS

    Details and colour of each toy may vary, as these rubber products are handcrafted, and hand painted individually, so, no two items are exactly the same. Small imperfections on paint or surfaces may appear visible and are totally normal and safe. The product may also produce slight blemishes or inherent marks during the manufacturing process. These are not considered defects, but natural imperfections, and that’s what make each of our rubber products uniquely different with full of inherent character.

    As with all rubber products, this toy too may emit a slight odour; however, this is perfectly natural as this product is made of natural rubber.

    We do not guarantee any handcrafted EKOTOIZ item will look exactly like a specific photo shown on the EKOTOIZ website or our online store.

    We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment and require your inspection and signature upon delivery. Should you discover a damage in your purchase, please contact us via the form below.

    CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

    At EKOTOIZ we welcome custom orders. We commence production on our custom order projects immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. Custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded after purchase.

    Customer orders require a 50% deposit to begin crafting. Balance will be collected after the item has been inspected, and prior to packaging the item for shipment.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    Customers has three (2) business days to cancel an order and receive a full refund without penalty. After this period, EKOTOIZ may, in its sole discretion, allow the customer to cancel the order subject to a ten percent (10%) cancellation fee or refuse to cancel the order.
