Our product is not safe for babies and kids who are allergic to latex. In the event your baby suffers an allergic reaction to the toy, please see your doctor. 

All EKOTOIZ products are made with 100% natural rubber and finished with non-toxic kid safe paint.

Our toys are handcrafted, and hand painted individually by very skilled artisan craftsman in at our factory in Sri Lanka using age-old techniques, artisanal processes, and methods.

We use natural rubber extracted from Hevea trees in Sri Lanka, and they are handcrafted and hand-painted by our highly skilled artisans, one toy at a time.

We source our rubber material by tapping the milky latex extracted from the bark of the Hevea rubber tree in Sri Lanka. which is the primary source of natural rubber used in the making of our safe and fabulous all-natural rubber toy range.

All raw materials used in the manufacturing of EKOTOIZ products are, environmentally friendly, completely safe and certified to ensure kids' safety.

The product may have some slight small imperfections, blemishes, or inherent marks during the manufacturing process. These are not considered defects, but natural imperfections, and that’s what make each of our rubber products uniquely different with full of inherent character.

We do not guarantee any handcrafted EKOTOIZ item will look exactly like a specific photo shown on the EKOTOIZ website or our online store. 

As with all rubber products, this toy too may emit a slight odour; however, this is perfectly natural as this product is made of natural rubber. 

Rubber is a natural substance that can be impacted by temperature and air pressure changes.

If you discover that your product is somewhat deflated, just wait a couple of hours and it should return to its original shape.

We carefully inspect each product before shipping. However, should you discover a puncture or a hole in your product, please let us know.

We do not recommend keeping our toys on water or humid places for long periods of time. Since our toys are made of natural rubber, mold may appear if the product is not wiped and dried thoroughly after use in water.

Natural rubber biodegrades over time, but when exposed to sunlight, heat, humidity, and fresh air, the process can be accelerated.

EKOTOIZ place a premium on safety. All our toys have undergone extensive testing and safety checks for babies to meet all Australian and International regulatory standards.

Please reach out to us at sales@ekotoiz.com.au with your request and include the updated shipping address and order number.

We can amend the shipping addresses only if the order is still in our warehouse. We are unable to revise or change the shipping address once an order has been dispatched or is in "pre-shipment." We recommend that you review the tracking information and contact the mail carrier immediately so that they can assist you with your item.

Please keep in mind that the delivery address can only be changed within the original country of destination.

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the Australia Post tracking number. You can track your order in Australia and abroad by simply visiting the Auspost site https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search - just enter your tracking number and get real-time updates.

Charges for any transactions made on this website are deducted from your card only once the checkout procedure is completed.

EKOTOIZ reserves the right to contact you and inform you of your options if a product becomes unavailable at the time you place your order.

We strive to keep all our products in stock; however, in certain situations, we may sell out of an item before we can mark it out of stock. We will make every effort to contact you when the item is expected to be back in stock.
